Ruskin College is an independent college within Oxford, founded in 1899 and named fallowing John Ruskin. Its purpose is to allow adults forgoing any formal qualifications to learn for the degree. Although does'nt one of a constitutional colleges of the University of Oxford, Ruskin is centrally situated & has close links sustaining a university. For instance, its students might attend lectures inside a university.
